Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in 13 00400 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER LEON; MAGGIE Z. OLIVERA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on July 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF TRACT NO. 58, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 76, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
