NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
in the COUNTY court of the
TWENTIETH judicial circuit in and for COLLIER county, florida - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on July 15, 2013 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 1632-A, Naples Bath & Tennis Club, Unit H, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded at O.R. Book 992, Page 1166, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
