NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-2382 of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Naples, Collier County, Florida, The Office of Dwight D. Brock will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in the 3rd Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on the 15 day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 104-D. COURTYARD VILLAGE AT KINGS LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORD BOOK 1515. PAGE 2346. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH IT UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
