NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007694 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein National City Real Estate Services, LLC, successor by merger to National City Mortgage Inc,. F/K/A National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Debra Hernandez Witt, A/K/A Debbie Hernandez A/K/A Debra L. Witt; Donald Witt, A/K/A Donald E. Witt; Unknown Spouse of Debra Hernandez, A/K/A Debbie Hernandez A/K/A Debra L. Witt; John Doe, N/K/A James Chenail; and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for G, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 17, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 75' OF THE NORTH 180' OF TRACT 122, UNIT 49, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
