NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-004364, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES FOR WMALT 2006-AR4 TRUST is the Plaintiff and ROSANGELA COCCHELLA-PRIANO A/K/A ROSANGELA COCCHELLA A/K/A ROSANGELA PRIANO; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSANGELA COCCHEL LA-PRIANO A/K/A ROSANGELA COCCHELLA A/K/A ROSANGELA PRIANO; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 15th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Commencing at the Southwest corner Lot 5, Block 5, Regent Park Replat, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 57 and 58, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; run S 89°06'09” E for 579.15 feet to the Southerly Extension of the Westerly line of Lot 1903 and the centerline of an interior wall; thence run N 00°53'51” E, along said centerline, for 20.23 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 1903 for the Point of Beginning; thence continue N 00°53'51” E, along said centerline, for 62.83 feet; thence run S 89°06'09” E for 23.67 feet to the intersection with the extension of the centerline of an interior wall; thence run S 00°53'51” W, along said centerline, for 62.83 feet; thence run N 89°06'09” W for 25.67 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
