Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 24, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT: LOTS 25 AND 26, ARLINGTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2948 HAWTHORNE CT, NAPLES, FL 34104; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on July 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
