NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-000817 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 17 day of July, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 426, SATURNIA LAKES PLAT THREE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF , AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 67 THROUGH 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY , FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose
