NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15th day of May, 2013, in Civil Action No. 10-03671-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JAMES L. KARL, II, et al., are the Defendants, and CENTRAL BANK OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 15, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Lobby 3rd Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit Nos. 108 and 109 situated in the Royal Palm Mall as so designated and described in the Declaration of Condominium and certified by surveyor's Certificate recorded in Official Records Book 1003 at Pages 1 through 54, and Condominium Book 22 at Page 3, and any Amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided 4.11% interest as tenant in common in the Common Elements of the property as described in the Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the funds remaining after the sale, if any, must file a claim with the clerk No later than 60 days after this sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
