NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 19, 2013 in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-000156, of the Circuit
Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, FRANCISCO ORTIZ, TRUSTEE OF THE MARTHA B ORTIZ REVOCABLE TRUST; MARTHA B ORTIZ, TRUSTEE OF THE MARTHA B ORTIZ REVOCABLE TRUST; FRANCISCO ORTIZ; MARTHA B. ORTIZ; ENCLAVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; DEJEAN JEAN FKA JOHN DOE; TRISTIN PORTER FKA JANE DOE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 6-207, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3731, PAGE 2534, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
