YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, GOLD TREE CO-OP, INC, a Florida not-for-profit corporation, seeking to foreclose and to terminate the occupancy rights and possessory rights of the defendants in the following real and personal property:
Unit/Lot No. 127 of GOLD TREE CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded on April 16, 1999, in O. R. Book 1592, Page 2304, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and legally described on Exhibit “A” attached thereto and incorporated herein by reference, together with all exhibits and amendments thereto.
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 127 issued by the Cooperative to HOWARD T. GLOVER and LUCILLE B. SHOOK, Joint Tenants With Rights of Survivorship, evidencing their percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom;

Commonly known as Lot 127, located at 5707 45th Street East, Lot 127, Bradenton, FL 34203 (the “Lot”)
Together with that certain 1988 Double-Wide FUQUA Mobile Home having Vehicle Identification Numbers FH277499A87 and FH277499B87, and Title Numbers 46671121 and 46671117 situated on the Lot.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to David S. Bernstein, Esquire, [email protected], and/or Andrew J. McBride, Esquire, [email protected], Plaintiffs attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff' s Complaint.
