notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1000001CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2006-A14CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-N under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated October 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff and NOEL AGOSTO; ELBA I. AGOSTO; VANESSA AGOSTO AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A NOEL AGOSTO JR. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF TRACT 93, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, UNIT NO. 84, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4741 SE 14TH AVE, NAPLES. FL 34117
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
