AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY THROUGH,
UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS,

TO DEFENDANTS: JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, UNKNOWN SUCESSOR TRUSTEE AND/OR BENEFICIARIES of the MASON FAMILY LAND TRUST dated March 31 2000, AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking a declaratory judgment and/or quieting title to real property situate in Collier County, FL, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 10, of Port of the Islands, Phase Two, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 1 through 4, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiffs' attorney, Celia E. Deifik, Esq., at Ross Lanier & Deifik, PA, 599 Ninth Street N., Suite 300, Naples, FL 34102, within 30 days of the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
