NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-3592, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and CARRIE R. STARZEC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CARRIE R. STARZEC REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 16, 1994, FIREWATER RESTORATION SERVICES, INC, SAPPHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, TOPAZ AT SAPHIRE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE CARRIE R. STARZEC REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 16, 1994 and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 17 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 603, BUILDING NUMBER SIX, TOPAZ AT SAPHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1655, PAGE 382 AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
