Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 21, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 194, BLOCK C, INDIGO LAKES, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 11 AND 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 15000 SAVANNAH DR, NAPLES, FL 34119; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on July 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
