NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2013-CA-000132 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATION STAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and ROBERT A. WOITZIK, MARI P. VESCI, VANDERBILT HIDEAWAY ASSOCIATION, INC., AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #I A/K/A BRENDA MAN are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 17 day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 305, OF VANDERBILT HIDEAWAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 945, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
