NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. . 08-CA-00264 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which CitiMortgage, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Christopher E. Bailey, National City Bank, Sherwood III, Inc. , Sherwood Park Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 30, SHERWOOD III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2820, PAGES 2627 THROUGH 2727, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
