NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-008745 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and NATHAN D. ELLIOTT; ROSE LANEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
