UNIT B-3124, HIDDEN HOLLOW, A CONDOMINIUM, FK/A HORIZON DESOTO LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 623, PAGES 2 THROUGH 70, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 33, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
