The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 25th day of July, 2013, the following described property:
THE WEST 116.71 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBEDPROPERTY: BEGIN AT A POINT 17.45 FEET WEST OF THE NWCORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 34SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCESOUTH 208.71 FEET; THENCE EAST 208.71 FEET; THENCE NORTH208.71 FEET TO THE SECTION LINE; THENCE WEST 208.71 FEET TOTHE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY ON NORTH.
