NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order To Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated May 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2012-CA-003099 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 17th day of July, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF U.S. HIGHWAY 19 (SECTION NO. 13130-2202) AND THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF 45TH STREET EAST (40` PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY); THENCE S 89° 40` 41” E, ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF 45TH STREET EAST A DISTANCE OF 582.06 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S 0° 19` 19”E, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF CURVATURE OF A CURVE, CONCAVE SOUTHWESTERLY, HAVING A RADIUS OF 25.00 FEET AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 90° 00` 00”, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE TO THE LEFT, A DISTANCE OF 39.27 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION WITH SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF 45TH STREET EAST, THENCE N 89° 40` 41” W, ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF 45TH STREET EAST A DISTANCE OF 45.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE NORTH 5 FEET FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION. ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 9 OF BEND OF TERRA CEIA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 83 AND 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND NOW SUBDIVIDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
