NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41 2011CA007142AX, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and KAREN WEISS; AL WEISS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR MORRISON FIN SVC OF FL, LLC; OAKLEY PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
R.B. “Chips” Shore, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 12th day of July, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, OAKLEY PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 46 THROUGH 56, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 6326 EAST 36TH COURT, ELLENTON, FL 34222
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
