Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of MANATEE County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in MANATEE County, Florida described as:
Lot 39, BAYOU ESTATES NORTH PHASE IIA AND IIB, a cluster subdivision, as per Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 33 through 38, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 3405 W 5th Drive, Palmetto, FL 34221, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on JULY 19, 2013, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
