NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-003043-WS, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATURE'S HIDEAWAY PHASE II & III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DAVID NUTTER and LORIE NUTTER, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 10, 2013, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 285, NATURE'S HIDEAWAY PHASE III, According to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 137-140, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
