LOT 10: THE NORTH 94 FEET OF THE EAST 161.29 FEET OF TRACT 90, IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, AS PER MAP OR PLAT OF THE ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 15 FEET THEREOF FOR STREET.

LOT 11: THE SOUTH 79 FEET OF THE NORTH 173 FEET OF THE EAST 161.29 FEET OF TRACT 90, IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLOIRDA.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 120, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before 7/29/2013, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
