Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in SARASOTA County, Florida described as:
LOT 15 OF ADDITION TO NOKOMIS ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 504 Canal Way, Nokomis, Florida 34275, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(10), on OCTOBER 9, 2013, at 9:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
