NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 015375 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-AR4 TRUST is Plaintiff, and IVELISSE RIVERA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, SUMMERWOOD, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 9, 9A through 9B, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
