MCCARTHY A/K/A BRENNAN MCCARTHY; EUGENIA PAIGE MCCARTHY A/K/A EUGENIA MCCARTHY; LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, INC.; MARA VILLA II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PRESTANCIA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MV MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at
