NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 13, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-010304 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MARCIA L. GREENWOOD; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; FOREST LAKES VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 19th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
