NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 005615 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Sarasota County's Public Auction website, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 8th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1107, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 20TH ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 3, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
