NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 013399 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BEVERLY J BROOKINS A/K/A BEVERLY BROOKINS WOMELDORPH A/K/A BEVERLY BROOKINS A/K/A BEVERLY JEAN BROOKINS, DECEASED, CENTURY BANK, FSB, SARASOTA VILLAGE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and JASON R LISTORTI IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3, VILLAGE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1302, PAGES 1441 THROUGH 1496, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 28, 28A THROUGH 28E, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
