NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 001079 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and KALINA DEMICH A/K/A KALINA SHANNON DEMICH; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; KYLE DEMICH; JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
Commencing at a point 25 feet South of the Northwest corner of the East 330 feet of Lot 7, Block 2, of Sarasota Venice Company Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book A, page 13, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence run South 180 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence run East 110 feet to a point; thence run South 90 feet to a point; thence run West 110 feet to a point; thence North 90 feet to the Point of Beginning, located in Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 18 East. LESS the West 20 feet thereof reserved for one half of the right of way of a public street or road to be known as Circle Drive, now known as Rainbow Circle recorded in Deed Book 273, page 118, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
