NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 012214 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and THOMAS L. GOSHORN A/K/A THOMAS GOSHORN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; ANN E. GOSHORN A/K/A ANN GOSHORN; JOHN DOE #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17thday of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 50 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY TO WIT;
A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; BEGIN AT THE SW CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 5 AND RUN THENCE EAST 931 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN EAST 100 FEET;THENCE NORTH 120.50 FEET; THENCE WEST 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 120.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF THE BEGINNING, LESS THE SOUTH 7.50 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
