NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 015300 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE ENCORE CREDIT RECEIVABLES TRUST 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and KEITH BRIGNER, RUTH BRIGNER A/K/A RUTH ROSE BRIGNER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, PAVER PARK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
