NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 013242 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-4 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH K. MUDGETT A/K/A DEBORAH MUDGETT; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); DOYLE HELMUTH; RONALD J. BAUZA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 685, 17TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT THE PORTION OF LAND DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN ORDER OF TAKING RECORDED ON 12/21/2009 IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2009157508, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
