Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 13, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1568, OF STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 2298 CARAWAY DRIVE, VENICE, FL 34292-4107
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida, on July 18, 2013 at 09:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
