NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 10, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2007 CA 015874 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff, and LINA D. TORRES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINA D. TORRES N/K/A ALEJANDRO TORRES; JANE DOE N/K/A FLOR CECILIA; HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE OF SARASOTA, INC., AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Donald C. Spencer, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on July 15, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2601-A, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1368, PAGE 1482, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14, PAGE 16, 16A THROUGH 16H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
