NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-50013 (L) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”), Plaintiff, and GLORIMIL FERNANDEZ A/K/A GLORMIL FERNANDEZ; JULIO C FERNANDEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JULIO BAEZ, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 15 day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5, 6 AND 7, BLOCK 2540, UNIT 36, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 112 THROUGH 130, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
