Home Equity Loan Trust, SERIES 2006-NC3, is Plaintiff, and wherein KASHIFA HARRIS; OSPREY COVE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO TERRACE II AT OSPREY COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM, on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
