I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee County's Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 10th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 26 AND 27, BLOCK 950 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 25 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 90-100, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.- AKA 2329 ACADEMY BOULEVARD, CAPE CORAL, FL 33990
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
