MILLER TRUAST DATED AUG 9, 2005; HIGH POINT PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SHELLENE MCCAGG; SARA BAUER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON E.MILLER; are Defendants.
