Gutierrez; Eva Gutierrez; Gulf Coast Assistance, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Eva Fisher are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 11 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
