LOTS 45 & 46, BLOCK 3876, UNIT 53, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19 AT PAGES 64 THROUGH 78, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
