NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and LISA A. PIETRZYK; BRAD PIETRZYK; DANFORTH LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
