St. John, Citifinancial, Inc. d/b/a Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Justin Gagnon, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 18 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
