NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed June 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054500 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and MARK R. MATTHEWS D/B/A Party Pro DJ's, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 1, THE ISLANDS AT THREE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S) 71 THROUGH 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
