NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-021502 DIV of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein National City Real Estate Services, LLC, successor by merger to National City Mortgage Inc FKA National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Clarence E. Brown, Jr.; Citicorp Trust Bank, FSB; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Tiffany Bell; John Doe, N/K/A Clarence Brown, SR.; Pedro W. Rodriguez, Bankruptcy Attorney ( Courtesy Copy); and Current Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 22, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 100 feet of the West 880 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 in Section 18, Township 32 South, Range 21 East, Less the South 656.50 feet thereof and Less road right-of-way on the North side for State Road 674, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
