NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-006941 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK F/K/A NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA, is the Plaintiff and Mark R. Rutherford; John Doe, N/K/A Joshua Turner; Jane Doe, N/K/A Sarah Turner; Temple Terrace Woods Homeowners Association, Inc.; and State of Florida, Department of Revenue, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 5, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, TEMPLE TERRACE WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
