NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-015837 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Kimbra M. Turley; Unknown Spouse of Kimbra M. Turley, (Refused Name); Unknown Beneficiaries of The Belliveau Turley Trust 2005, Dated January 13, 2005; Current Tenant(s); Brian M. Kandel, Esq.; and Kimbra M. Turley, trustee of The Belliveau Turley Revocable Trust 2005, Dated January 13, 2005, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 16, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 320, FERN CLIFF SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
