NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-009485, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP., is the Plaintiff and ANGEL LUIS CID; RENAISSANCE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CALIXTA CID A/K/A CALIXTA CARIDAD CID; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
