NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-009485, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP., is the Plaintiff and ANGEL LUIS CID; RENAISSANCE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CALIXTA CID A/K/A CALIXTA CARIDAD CID; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
