NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-022938, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Hillsborough County Public Auction website, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14905-102, IN BUILDING 6, OF ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16781 AT PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
